Please note we have a strict NO returns policy. All listed items are guaranteed 100% authentic and genuine.     
All faults are as described e.g fault eg: Pre-owned, damaged or Brand New;light/heavy scratches etc.  Once you take possession of the goods you tacitly agree to all our terms and conditions by default.  

Any negotiations, modifications or arrangements are to be discussed before the sale is concluded.  

 

We will not waste valuable time and money due to premature inconsiderate indecisiveness or just a change of heart. We take pride in our business and work extremely hard towards full customer satisfaction and service.

 

Should you choose to return or cancel a transaction due to proven *misrepresentation: a ten (10) percent non-negotiable handling fee will apply.  Return shipping is at the expense of the sender/buyer.  We will only allow 7 days grace period from delivery of goods. Strictly NO time wasters!!! 

All deposits for items on pre-agreed purchasing terms on non refundable in the event that the purchaser changers his/her mind.

We are not an authorized financial institution, that is here to hold on to your money and refund at your beck and call.

We will endeavor to sell items at agreed upon prices but due to the nature of this industry demand for an item

May change at any given point and therefore so may the estimated retail price. 

We will present what the market is offering. 

We will not stock items from clients at unreasonable prices.  This wastes our time and yours.

Items must be in my possession in order for me to be able to sell them.

Items that we list for sale may not be listed by yourself anywhere else. This creates a conflict of interest and will not be tolerated.

In this case items will immediately be unlisted and a penalty fee will be charged. 

Stock will remain in our possession until all fees are paid for.

 

All items listed with us will be for a minimum of 4 months. If clients wants to claim item back before 4 months the full commission rate will be charged.

 

All items sent to us on consignment are at the cost of the consignee and can be sent to postnet gallo morning glen cnr kelvin and bowling Avenue sandton Gauteng.

 

Payment made for sold consignee goods will be made 7 days after date of sale.
